This bread is so delicious. It’s very light but you can also toast it and make it crispy. My favorite way to eat it is to put it in the oven for a few minutes, then put some butter on it and eat it by itself. It already has a buttery taste to it so the warmth and added butter really make a difference. You can eat it with soups or stews too.
